Is this a chatbot?
No. It’s a well-designed form that asks the right questions in a sensible order. It doesn’t answer questions or make anything up, which is what makes it dependable.
Will it work with my website?
We can add it to most website builders and WordPress sites, or give you a link to use instead. We check yours before setup.
What does my customer see after sending?
A thank-you message saying you’ve received their enquiry and will be in touch. It doesn’t say you’ve accepted the job or give a time.
Can people send photos?
Yes, if it helps you. Photos are optional, and we can include an upload for up to 3 pictures.
Where are enquiries kept?
They’re sent to you. Copies on our server are deleted automatically after 90 days.
