Yes. We design a real, working demo of your website and aim to show it to you within 2 working days. We’ll make changes until you’re happy with it. If you decide not to go ahead, you don’t owe us anything more.

It keeps our time for people who are serious about a new website, so every demo gets built properly, by hand. It’s a one-off fee, separate from your build price, and there’s no obligation to go ahead. If we arranged your demo with you on a call, it’s free.

Your build price is £494.99 for 1 page, £899.99 for 2, £1,199.99 for 3, or £1,449.99 for 4 to 6, and it includes your first month. After that, the monthly fee is £49.99 for 1 or 2 pages (£39.99 on the 5-year plan), or £59.99 for 3 or more (£49.99 on the 5-year plan). Or choose the Care plan: £19.99 a month for any size of site, with 1 change a month instead of 5. If you ask for your demo through this website, there’s also the £4.99 demo fee. All prices include any VAT that applies. The only other costs are things you choose and agree to first, such as online booking or a shop.

Usually the day after you approve your demo and pay for your build (or the next working day). If we’re moving a web address you already own, it goes live as soon as that’s ready. If it isn’t live within 10 working days for reasons on our side, you can cancel and we’ll refund what you’ve paid for it, apart from the demo fee.

Hosting, your web address (registered and renewed by us), the padlock, security and software updates, daily backups, fixing faults, and up to 5 changes a month (1 on the Care plan). It doesn’t cover new pages or new features such as online booking, payments or a shop. We’ll quote for those, free.

Any single change you ask for, big or small, on an existing page: new prices, new opening hours, fresh photos, an offer, or adding or changing a section. Text, WhatsApp or email it to us and we aim to have it done within 5 working days. Unused changes don’t carry over, and fixing a fault never counts as a change.

Yes, a clear agreement you sign online before we start. Choose the 12-month plan, the 5-year plan for a lower monthly price, or the Care plan (12-month minimum, 1 change a month). We’ll email you at least 30 days before your minimum term ends; after that it runs month to month and you can leave with 30 days’ notice. You can also leave early by paying an early exit fee, which the agreement sets out in full, and you can spread it over up to 6 monthly payments.

Your words, photos and logo are always yours. If you leave, once everything’s paid, we’ll send you a copy of your website files to keep using for your business, and transfer your web address to you for no more than it costs us. Already have a web address? It stays yours, and we’ll point it at your new site.

Not at all. That’s exactly who we’re for. You won’t need to log in to anything or learn any software. Tell us what you want and we’ll sort it.

Yes. We can write the words for you after our chat, and you check them before anything goes live. Your own photos work best, and phone photos are often fine. With your permission, we can also use the photos and reviews from your Google Business Profile or Facebook page.

Yes. We can add an online booking system for appointments, tables, classes or call-outs, and it can take a deposit or the full amount when people book. It isn’t included in the build or monthly price, because every business books a little differently, so we’ll send you a clear quote within 24 hours, before any work starts.
