That’s our aim, and it’s in writing. If your site isn’t live within 10 working days for reasons on our side, you can cancel and get your money back (apart from any demo fee).
No surprise bills.
Your monthly website fee can’t go up during your agreement unless VAT changes or you accept a quote to add something. Anything extra is quoted first.
Your website, if you leave.
Your content is always yours. Once everything’s paid, ask within 30 days and we’ll send you a copy of your website files to keep using for your business, and transfer your web address for no more than it costs us.

What will it cost?
Your build price is £494.99 for 1 page, £899.99 for 2, £1,199.99 for 3, or £1,449.99 for 4 to 6, and it includes your first month. After that, the monthly fee is £49.99 for 1 or 2 pages on the 12-month plan (£59.99 for 3 or more), with a lower price on the 5-year plan. Or choose the Care plan at £19.99 a month for any size of site, with 1 change a month instead of 5. Prices include any VAT that applies.
Is the demo really free?
Yes, when we arrange it with you on a call after you send this form. If you’d rather skip the call and request a demo straight through our website, there’s a £4.99 fee. Either way, there’s no obligation to go ahead.
Can patients book appointments online?
Yes. We can link your website to the booking system you already use, or add online booking, which we quote for separately. We don’t collect health details through website forms unless that’s agreed in writing.
I don’t have a logo or professional photos. Is that a problem?
No. Send whatever you have. With your permission, we can also start from the photos and reviews already on your Google or Facebook page.
Is there a contract?
Yes, a clear agreement you read and sign online before we start. Plans have a 12-month minimum (or 5 years for a lower monthly price), then run month to month. If you leave early there’s an early exit fee, and the agreement shows exactly how it’s worked out.
What if I need to change something later?
Text, WhatsApp or email us. Your monthly plan includes up to 5 changes a month (1 on the Care plan), such as new prices, photos or opening hours. New pages and new features are quoted first.
